Please include a copy of your Service Work Order (emailed to you after completing the online form) with your shipment. **Ensure that all fixtures and accessories are removed from the loadcell prior to shipment: only the loadcell itself needs to be shipped to PPT Group for calibration.** The original packaging is ideal for shipping, however, if this is not available, please ensure  proper package or you instrument or loadcell.
